Ritzi Jewelry Consultants has professional services available for all of your jewelry needs. As consultants, we have many years of expertise to advise you on the proper service or repair for your valued jewelry treasures. Master craftsman can repair, refurbish or redesign any jewelry item to suit your needs. We consult on large estates and small to offer advise on the proper handling of items to be dispersed to family members or sold when not needed any longer. We can help you inventory what you have and identify pieces that you may have little knowledge about, such as something inherited or gifted to you. We can offer appraisal services for estates and insurance companies and help you make sense of what should be insured and what is not necessary to do so. All of our professionals have over 30 years of experience to serve you. We offer concierge services when needed.

Jewelry Repair

We offer professional jewelry repair and custom design services. Our Master Jeweler has over 40 years of experience and can repair or design any item that you have and advise you of the correct process for each. We work on all metals... gold, silver and platinum. We can replace and match missing or damaged diamonds and colored gemstones. We can refurbish vintage pieces to be worn again for your enjoyment. Our Master Jeweler can custom design a one-of-a-kind treasure for you, even using parts and pieces from a previous sentimental piece of jewelry. We also can do pearl and bead restringing. An estimate is given for all repairs if needed.

Watch Repair

We have a Master Watchmaker with years of experience in all fine watches, including Rolex, and are Certified to work on them. We can service most watches and provide repairs of most brands, including crowns, crystals, bands and interior parts. The watches do not need to be shipped off for repair. We will give you an estimate on all repairs and warranty service for one year.

Appraisals

We can offer appraisals for estate or insurance purposes. We will help you determine what needs appraising and what does not. Our consultant services work to help you understand what is needed to protect and secure your jewelry. We can offer inventory services including photographs and products to help you do it yourself. We will advise you of what needs to be insured and how to protect your most treasured and sentimental pieces.
